The main aim of this project in this UniCredit space is to improve comfort, usability and safety in the spaces, paying attention to environmental sustainability.
The wood, the stabilized green and the concrete effect give a “material” aspect to the environment that will be the leitmotif of the BE.TA DESIGN srl project.
Claddings
The panels with different finishing (wood wool, natural oak and stabilized green) characterize the various areas of the floor. To allow the user to orient himself within the plan, the designers have identified four thematic areas: Autumn, Summer, Winter and Spring.
Kitchenette
The Kitchenette are inside the Comunications Areas together with kitchen and recycling furniture, tables, flower boxes and sofas. They are made of White melamine and natural Oak effect melamine with contrasting Corian top.
"One to One" sofas are made by the 6x6 system in solid oak with detail of the joint in satin stainless steel. Padding upholstery is made by Kvadrat fabric.
Boiserie and Lockers
The lift block has been completely covered with a lacquered MDF boiserie with a fireproof finish. Lockers have been inserted in the side walls of the elevators, merged with the boiserie, always made of lacquered MDF, with combination locks, retractable handles and anti-tip system. We can find the same lockers in the open space areas, some recessed in the niche and others free-standing.
